- Legal & Compliance Officer
Candidates applying for the Legal and Compliance Officer post must possess an LL.B or Bar-at-Law degree with a minimum of 16 years of HEC-recognized education. Those holding additional certifications or relevant experience in legal compliance will have an edge. Applicants should have at least 5 years of professional experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance related fields.

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing laws, regulations and legal frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy policies, and conducting detailed legal research and analysis on matters affecting NADRA operations. The role also involves collaboration with government departments, preparing legal reports and recommendations, and providing expert legal opinions to senior management.
Strong analytical thinking excellent command of legal drafting, and a sound understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, and data privacy are essential for success in this position.
