Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (NJHPC), a subsidiary of WAPDA, is hiring a Company Secretary for its offices in Islamabad/Muzaffarabad. Candidates must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries, or hold an MBA, M.Com, or LLB from an HEC-recognized university with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years’ overall experience in the public or private sector, with strong expertise in company laws, corporate governance, SECP compliance, and meeting management. The position is offered on a 3-year contract (including 6 months probation) with a competitive, market-based negotiable salary.
